Just curious if anyone knows who owns the northeast corner lot at the intersection of 393 & 30-A, directly across 30-A from Ed Walline Park? I have noticed the small buildings that have been placed on the lot in the past couple of months. Does anyone have any information on what is going to happen there? I appreciate any information anyone has.

im told it will be an extension of gulf place. but, im certain itll remain vacant for awhile due to the market.

The kiosk were originally planned for an open air market this summer.
There has been quite an interest of potential venders wanting to lease them.
There's been some issues regarding the zoning established and the change of use at this time.
It's at the drawing board and will be resolved. Gulf Place is not involved with this venture.

I find it highly doubtful that it will ever be an extension of Gulf Place. I wish it was still Capo's.

man, i wish it was still capo's too. oh the good ol days.

but i did meet with the developers of gulf place a few years past and they were planning on expanding. whether its been sold off and its in the hands of someone else im not sure. one things for sure, its worth a bunch and i wish it was mine. capos would be back and better than ever.

I appreciate the information. I will keep my eyes peeled to see what happens. If anyone hears anything futher, please keep up posted.
