We have some folks in town this week looking for a lot on the 30A.
Thought we would post and see if anyone had anything that might fit their criteria. Here is what they need:

• Residential lot under $100,000
• No homeowners association / No build out time
• No Flood Zone
• Neighborhood where there are full time residents

Also interested in a single family home under $250,000 with the same parameters.
