Beach Comber
Looking for a 2 or 3 bedroom in the SOWAL area, hopefully closer to 30A. Looking to move in within the next month or so. Garage is a bonus. Have 2 mature cats. Would like to keep rent around 800/mo. Let me know if anyone has anything they think would match up.

Anyone have anything that would match? I am also very handy and could possibly negotiate doing some work around the house if needed.

I have a choice between two 3 bed 2 bath houses on starlight lane off of W. Hewett. One is $950 with 1 CG and small screen porch in front.
The other is $1100 with 2 CG, fenced back yard, large screen porch in rear. Call 267-2898 for details.
