Very clever name! Everything sounds delicious. Is your beef jerky gluten- and nitrate-free? Critter Jr. loves jerky.

I am going to check with Michael Madriaga. He is a gluten free baker in our area. Do you know Michael? If not, he is usually at the Seaside Farmer's Market on Saturday mornings.

Oh yes, I know the Muffin Man . . . . Critter Jr. loves his chocolate muffins (mom does, too). But he's been craving beef jerky and almost all commercial brands have some form of gluten, not to mention the other stuff that'll kill ya.

We will see you at the Seaside Farmer's Market. We will be there from 8-12 on Saturday morning.

How many bags do you want us to hold? It is $5 per bag. Kimberly has been working hard all week to produce more for the holiday weekend but we always run out.
