Forget Dear Abby, ask SGG for advice

New posts
Dear SGG.

Thanks so much for your advice on my caffiene and chocolate issues...I felt much better after your wise words.
This morning something new appeared. I looked in the mirror and once again my mom (God rest her soul) appeared. Not only was mom in the mirror where I should be, now her double chin was there too! Not only was mom and her double chin in the mirror, I noticed the double chin seemed to hang left...flabbier on the left than on the right. So now what...how can I get mom out of the mirror and back to heaven, what can I do about the double chin and why does is go left?
I am perplexed and bummed...thanks for listening

Dear Perplexed and Bummed:

Ditch the mirror.

Remember you are in the deep south and if your future pa-in-law has a winchester up your butt, 14 is acceptable for the first marrieage and 16 for the second. Now as far as children are concerned, you don't have to start early and have one baby at a time, with modern technology, you can wait til you want (before the age of 50 recommended) and have a WHOLE litter at once!! ;-)

Dear SGG

Will I be a social outcast if I drink red wine with seafood?

What, exactly, distinguishes a soiree from a party?

Have you actually seen a coyote in Seagrove, other than the eatery?

Can I have a cookie now?

BobbySue was there!!!!!!!! Dressed as a man this time.

Falling back in time. Victor/Victoria in reverse.

Dear Partner in Crime:

WTH... I just needed to multi-quote this entire thread. I'm crying, I'm peeing, I'm falling down, I'm ready for Crazy to come home!

Crazy will be here in two weeks!!!

My daughter in law does not cook and doesn't try to fix a decent meal. She thinks a good way to serve spagetti is to pour catsup over the noodles. That and frozen dinners are what she serves. Can I cram her in a ceral box and send her to the dump.

With a menu like you mentioned she may fit in a cereal box. Perhaps her best attributes are not in the kitchen?

You should buy her Allifunn's cookbook for Xmas! It's all about how to set up a kitchen and make easy and yummy recipes!

P.S. Maybe your son could cook.

Perhaps your D-I-L is a better cook than your son lets on...

Swafia tells SGG and his grandmother all the time that I'm not feeding him properly, just so that they'll invite us over for dinner... :floor::funn:

You see, when I cook, he's supposed to do the dishes. He gets out of dish duty when mom or grandma's doing the cooking...:wave:

I will remember that tonight. Swafia will be doing dishes!!! BTW, Allifunn's cookbook is the BEST!!! A must have.
