I can't believe Obama jacked around for over 2 minutes before addressing the events that took place at Fort Hood that day. It was an absolutely disgusting display.

Well I believe a thorough investigation is in order. No one will disagree with that.

I think it is great to finally have an administration in place that wants to logically get all the facts of the tragic incident together first before they start blaming, fault finding, or becoming paranoid in general.

I think it sucks that we have an administration that viewed this tragedy as an inconvenience to his Majesty's prepared opening remarks. I hope they just didn't have enough time to reprogram the teleprompter, but my guess is true colors were flying high that day.

About the event where it was reported the shooter was dead (he wasn't), it was a possible terrorist attack (it wasn't), that there were multiple shooters (there weren't), and that more people were dead than actually were?

In the respect these men and women in uniform deserve, you open your speech with it, and attempt to console the families of the fallen, the wounded and the nation. You don't have to go into details in this situation in your attempt to at least act like a President.
