Thank you to all of our friends who came in to give thoughts prayers and good words to Ms. Lisa today. She is in Tennessee this weekend due to the death of her father. He was a great guy and will be missed.

Today we have chicken taco salad. I will post the rest of the week tonight from my computer. Ms. Lisa will be home for the rest of the week we hope.

I actually came on this thread to say that I had the BEST late breakfast yesterday- the Cuban sandwich. Yumm-OH!!

I'm glad the Cuban was good! Ms. Lisa has taught them well. I just talked to her and she is almost back in Florida. It's a rough road to loose a loved one and then right at the holidays makes it harder! I'll gladly pass on that hug. Yours are the best!

I will ask Charlie and Lisa to add the country fried steak but I'm not sure when she will do it. She will be away for most of Christmas week.
