Probable locations of trans-dimensional portals

I believe there was one in the old bathroom at Huey's in Memphis. But it's been gone now, replaced by a server's station. The bathroom, that is. Don't know what happened to the portal. It had a crude drawing of Omar Mung, who must have passed through at some point.
