Their site indicates they'll open in "early March", but no date is given. I wonder why they don't have a liquor licence, while Stinky's does? Makes zero sense.
 
It's based on square footage and number of seats. When Stinky's was in the Lake Place location they only served beer and wine.

Tide - we ate at Stinky's last week and asked about Lake Place. Apparently, the parking problems at the current site did them in, so they won't be reopening there. The owners are seeking out a new location to re-open in.
 
The parking was a cluster - might be time to rethink how that is calculated as I have yet to see a restaurant open in Sowal with sufficient parking and it is causing many problems.
 
Stinky's has excellent food, music, liquor, and awesome lakefront view.
The Lakeplace will be missed.
