Challenging laws that potentially overstep the federal government's constitutional mandate isn't a waste of taxpayer money regardless of the subject matter, IMHO. This could just as easily be something you feel more aligned with. I don't think we ever want to just presume the powers that be in Washington know what they're doing.

Georgia Governor requested the Attorney General file suit and he won't......big Obama, Pelosi, Reid supporter. So, the Governor has stated he will circumvent the State Attorney General. This is huge. Talk about massive class action - Florida leads the litigants!
