Wanted Fired Up folks need long-term rental house

Hi, we're Stacy & Jim, the folks that own Fired Up Paint-Your-Own Pottery in Seaside. We just found out the house we've blissfully leased in Blue Mountain these past 3 years is going up for sale. Thus, we're starting the search for a long-term house rental.

The perfect house would be a 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 1,100 square feet or more with some storage for our bicycles & such. Price up to $1300 depending on square footage & condition. 1-year or longer lease. Prefer south of highway 98 between Rosemary Beach and Dune Allen Beach. Simply put, the closer to the beach the better!

Excellent references, solid credit, and we've owned rental property, so rest assured we'll take good care of your home.

Hi Stacy and Jim. Did you see the rental in Sea Dunes at Dune Allen that Rita posted a thread about? Very very nice house and close to the beach. She has pictures on the thread and I believe they are are in town. Good luck.
