Homeowners Insurance Referral Needed

Can anyone give me some referrals for a possible new insurer of my primary residence (wind & hazard). My premium with Olympus just jumped from $1800 to $2300 after being with them only 1 year...ugh!! I have never made a claim on any of my prior/current homeowners insurance poloicies either. Is anyone else seeing a significant jump in their premiums this year?

I was also with Olympus and saw the same huge jump this year. I was referred to Teresa Dille at Carpenter Insurance (Ph-850-939-7777) and now have a new policy in the $1300 range! Good luck!

fl dawg unfortunately if you rent your home out your choices are very very limited. i'd say theres not more than a few co's i could find and i shopped big that will accept a short term rental. many wanted a gated or guarded community
