I've been looking for meeting space. How does this room compare to/differ from the Library room? What's the fee? Thanks.

I'm not affiliated with the club, but I know that the TDC conference room is quite a bit smaller than the library meeting room. The TDC conference room seats about 30 people the way they generally have it set up. It is a nice facility, though. I'm not sure about the fee, if any.

It is a nicer facility and has a bit different layout than the library. We were lucky to schedule the facility for the time we did b/c a lot of the county's oil spill response and/or meetings take place in this same room. ( Some of the BP training classroom training is taking place in this room). The library conference room also has a small kitchen that the conference room at the visitor's center doesn't.

It is my understanding the room is available to community groups in the area for no charge.
