Don't drink and bake....ruined a perfectly good cheesecake! Now,do I remake or just serve cracked????

Crack that baby open and enjoy! I bet it's still scrumptious!

Don't have central market...what is a similar subtitute???

Got an Italian market anywhere around? I'm sure they have some version of it.

Serve it cracked ..... besides, what are the chances of messing up a 2nd one? Or have you stopped drinking now?!

.

I tried a small slice... tastes fine! Finishing off my bottle of wine. Have no intention of letting it go to waste!:D

I love your avatar. After going to Austin, I understand it!!

Did you go to UT or visit Austin?

.
My youngest daughter lives in Houston and we took a day trip to Austin. Ate at Home Slice Pizza and walked around the town. Had a good time. Both of my girls really like the town.

It will be a funn city for us to explore when we visit our daughter, who leaves us on the 20th to start her university experience. She is very excited and it can't come fast enough for her.

I remember those days...good and bad. She will have the time of her life, and you will hear all about it. She did choose a funn city with grayt restaurants, so visit often:D. She will love the free meals!!! Let me know if you need a friend that has been there, done that, in the next few months. I had two and reacted very differently with both girls. The last one almost put me away, but I found SoWal.
