An incredible range of classes, different styles and levels, taught by the best in the area!

The best yoga studio in the area (and in any area) is Balance in Seagrove. All 3 teachers there (Kelli, Lori, & Melissa) teach Vinyasa (flow) and are awesome! You can check their schedule at www.balance30a.com.
