Deficiency Judgements Being Pursued?

Curious to here peoples experience with deficiency judgements and if the regional banks are pursuing them on investment property. Thinking banks the size of Regions, Trustmark, Whitney, etc...?

Anyone throw there property back to the bank and either have had one filed against them and had collections proceeding started? Anyone have yet to have anything happen at all?
