If you want to escape the spring break craziness and crowds on 30A, try Shoo Mama's on US 98. Their Diablo burger is our favorite ever. They have a quite varied menu to please all.

It takes us longer to park at Seaside that it does to drive the 12 miles from the intersection of 395 and 30A to Shoo Mama's.

BTW we go to Shoo Mama's even when there are no crowds on 30A. The food is the reason for going; avoiding 30A this week is the icing on the cake.

And if you come tomorrow night, it is a Dine-for-the Rep event! A portion of the proceeds will go to the theatre (thanks Shoo Mama's) and Tennessee Firearms will be playing!

Ask for fried jalapenos on it instead of plain ones. Not as spicy and adds more flavor.
