Well, for the record there were some very cool people there. Allifun, Franny and Mr. Franny were there. Great to see y'all!

We'll be renting a house in Grayton for fall break. Sold house in Seagrove. New house will be finished December 15. We can come down whenever we please. Actually hubby drove down and back last Tuesday. Nice to be that close and not rent!
