For Sale 23' Compac Sailboat and trailer

If you ever wanted to learn to sail, of have sailed and looking for a great sailboat to be able to sail alone, or with friends, then this great sailboat is what you need. 1984 compac 23 that sleeps 4, has porta potty, sink, 8 hp Yamaha outboard, fresh bottom paint, auto bilge pump, two mail sails, a 150 gin, and storm jib, new running rigging, and a trailer to pull her around. Great for the waters around here as she draws 2.6 feet but has a 800# keel so she stays upright. Easy to sail alone as I have done it many many times. DON'T let this great deal pass you up. I have seen this same boat going for $7600 on other sites, but I just bought a larger boat and need to let this one go.
First $4800 gets a great boat.
