Wanted Long Term Rental 3-4 bedroom for family of 4

We are relocating to the area from Denver in early August and are in need of a long term rental. We lived on the coast for 16 years prior to moving 7 years ago. We aren't buying a home now b/c we want to get back to the area for about a year before we decide where we want to buy/invest. I have two 13 year old daughters (twins). We are a very clean/organized family. I will treat your home as well as I would treat it if I owned it b/c it is where we live. Because of being a clean freak...I'm very spoiled b/c I like to live in a nice home. My girls will be attending school in Rosemary beginning August 7th. We are looking in the So Walton area preferably Sandestin. If you have a home or know of a home that would fit my families needs, please contact me.
