While it is really pretty this fall, what are some good places to check out?

We went to Appalachia, that was..interesting. I drive through Blountstown all the time, I have driven down hwy 9 to Brewton ..very pretty by the way. Morrison Springs? Black River? Good, lets find some funky stuff kind of places.

The rivers are great anytime. Fall temps make everything better. Lakes, cypress swamps, trails...

I am newly local, been coming here for years and explored a little bit, a lot of cool places here, eden gardens?? so might need directions to some of the others. Does it get better weather wise..rhetorical.

Ecofina is a creek in Holmes County. Great for canoe or kayak. Spring fed so it's clear as a bell. I think the Circle Lake is what they call the springs, although there are several lakes surrounding DeFuniak.
