Actually, I don't think there is any law that says a person is required to carry identification, so therefore there is no law that you must produce it. Did they ever find the thief?

I am not impressed unless it is powder and or being peddled out of a mason jar. The kid selling the weed in seaside out of a mason jar, straight up class, he knows his clientele. Packaging and marketing are everything today.
