I have had my fill with the overly wealthy residents at the Retreat. They let their water run down my street. They stand at the top of stairwells and threatened to hurt my dog. I called the cops. I will call the police every time this sick waste of wealth exist. They don't pick up after their dogs. They pick any littler.
