Here is a summary of the bill. Looks similar to Georgia's.

This is a much needed law. Everyone should have quick and easy access to the most useful tool ever invented to settle an argument. Open carry, unlike concealed carry, also lets everyone instantly know how big of an asshat you are.

I think open carry chain saws is going too far...sending a bad fashion statement. Pipe bombs and hand grenades are more appropriate assessories.
