The rain forecast is pretty oppressive, so you picked a good year to miss. It's been raining in the Southeast for what seems like forever. I remember maybe one day in the past few weeks when I've seen a blue sky. Happy New Year, Paula.

Beach Runner, I can't figure out how to private message you, but will you be in SoWal the last two weeks of January? I'll be there, and if any of my old SoWaller friends will be around, I'd be happy to reconnect! We're starting to spend more time in South Walton in the winter - two weeks in January and one week in February. Each year we'll probably stay in SoWal a bit more in the winter until it becomes our winter home away from home.
