Hi I am very interested in renting your place. I will be down there next week. Is there a way I can come by and see your place?

Just give me a call.

We arrive on the 18. Would you like me to call once we get down there or set something up ahead of time?

I sent you a message Rita. We spoke earlier...Jeff
