Hi Vince, unfortunately it does not. It just has 5 parking spots out front. The home is a duplex so we split those.

I have gotten some inquiries and I am willing to rent for a 1 year lease term. I am able to offer $2200.00 a month for the rent at this time for the right person. There will be a background check and references needed in addition to the deposit. Thanks so much!
