If you watched the senate committee hearing. It was said at the very beginning that Swetnick’s counsel was contacted several times to come before the committee and they did not respond. So it was said that was not included in the investigation. It had noting to do with the White House.
I believe you are confusing the accusers. Multiple accusation of misconduct can happen to a drunk who can't remember his actions.

I pretty sure that this was the accuser that would not show up or give a statement to the committee. Itsn’t this the same person that is using stormy Daniels counsel. They had the chance to show up and give there case , but they did not reply, after many attempts. Most likely because of what came out on her in Portland. She had a chance to share her story but declined.

He said that he would go with the committee said to do . He said it over and over again. So that’s what is happening. Don’t use the statement he replied to the committee , when asked if he needed a break. Let’s see what they find out in the investigation.

Let's review how eager he was to clear his good name.
HARRIS: Are you willing to ask the White House to conduct an investigation by the FBI to get to whatever you believe is the bottom of the allegations that have been levied against you?
KAVANAUGH: The FBI would gather witness statements —
HARRIS: Sir, it's — I don't want to debate with you how they do their business. I'm just asking, are you willing to ask the White House to conduct such an investigation? Because as you are aware, the FBI did conduct a background investigation into you before we were aware of these most recent allegations. So, are you willing to ask the White House to do that? And say yes or no, and then we can move on.
KAVANAUGH: I've had six background investigations over 26 years —
HARRIS: Sir, as it relates to the recent allegations. Are you willing to have them do it?
KAVANAUGH:The witness testimonies before you — no witness who was there supports that I was there
HARRIS:OK, I'm going to take that as a 'no," and we can move on.
KAVANAUGH: I'm—I'm telling the truth.
DURBIN:I want to know what you want to do, Judge.
KAVANAUGH: I'm innocent. I'm innocent of this charge.
DURBIN: Then you're prepared for an FBI investigation?
KAVANAUGH: They don't reach conclusions. You reach the conclusions, Senator.
DURBIN: No, they do investigate questions. You can't have it both ways. You can't say here at the beginning, "I welcome any kind of investigation," and then walk away from this.
KAVANAUGH: This thing was sprung at the last minute after being held by staff. Ya know.
KAVANAUGH: Senator, I'll do whatever the committee wants. I wanted a hearing the day after the allegation came up. I wanted to be here that day. Instead, 10 days passed, where all this nonsense is coming out. You know, that I'm in gangs, I'm in boats in Rhode Island, I'm in Colorado. You know, I'm cited all over the place. And these things are printed, and run breathlessly by cable news. You know, I wanted a hearing the next day. My family has been destroyed by this, senator. Destroyed.
FEINSTEIN: And I —
KAVANAUGH: And whoever wants, you know — whatever the committee decides. You know, I'm, I'm all-in, immediately. I'm all-in immediately.
FEINSTEIN: The question is — and the terrible and hard part of this is, we get an allegation, we're in not in a position to prove it or disprove it. Therefore, we have to rely on some outside authority for it. And it just seems to me that when these allegations came forward, that you would want the FBI to investigate those claims and clear it up, once and for all.
KAVANAUGH: Senator, the committee investigates — it's not for me to say how to do it. But just so you know, the FBI doesn't reach a conclusion...I'm here. I wanted to be here — I wanted to be here the next day. And it's an outrage that I was not allowed to come and immediately defend my name
.
BLUMENTHAL: Are you saying that [Judge's statement] is a substitute for an investigation by the FBI, or some interview by the FBI under oath?KAVANAUGH: Under penalty of felony, he said that this kind of event didn't happen, and that I never did, or would have done, something like that.
BLUMENTHAL: As a federal judge, you always want the best information, don't you?
KAVANAUGH: Senator, he has said, and all of the witnesses present — look at Ms. Keyser's statement. She's, she's
BLUMENTHAL: Let me move on to another topic.

Let's review how eager he was to clear his good name.
Yes , watch the whole thing. It was not up to him to clear his good name. It was up to Ford to show some purdon of proof . I guess you are not a believer of innocent till proven guilty. He said he would go with what the senate committee said to do. They had no right to keep asking him to make that decision, it was up to the committee. But they did there job, by putting the blame on him and making people like you doubt him, when its not up to him. We will see what happens.

I could be mistaken.
Michael Avanatti, Wednesday Sept. 26, 2018
"It was only within the last couple hours that they finally got back to us and said that they want to meet with my client.
The FBI should be brought in to do a proper investigation, interview all of the witnesses, all of the accusers. They should interview Brett Kavanaugh, and then they should present those findings to the Senate Judiciary Committee and they should be made public, so that ultimately we can get to the truth."

Let's review Mrs. Ford's response to the same question.
WHITEHOUSE: So you’ve met any condition any prosecutor could expect to go forward; and, yet, there has been no sincere or thorough investigation of your claims. You specifically asked for an FBI investigation, did you not?

(UNKNOWN): You can say something (ph).

FORD: Yes.

WHITEHOUSE: And are you aware that when the FBI begins investigating, they might find corroborative evidence and they might find exculpatory evidence?

FORD: I don’t know what exculpatory evidence…

WHITEHOUSE: Is it(ph)…

FORD: … is.

WHITEHOUSE: … not helpful to your recollection and — and — version of events. Helpful to the accused.

FORD: Understood. Yes.

WHITEHOUSE: So it could go either way.

FORD: Yes.

WHITEHOUSE: And you were (ph) still — not just willing, but insistent that the FBI should investigate your recollection and your claim?

FORD: Yes. I feel like it would — I could be more helpful in that, if that was the case, in providing some of the details that maybe people are wanting to know about.

Let's review Mrs. Ford's response to the same question.
I guess you missed it. I watch the whole thing. Yes she should be open to FBI . She is the one who has to prove somethinf happen. It is not up to Brett. Oh maybe she should have done it 36years ago. If she is so sure why has she not files a police report , there is no statue of time on this type of crime in her state. Like I said we will see what happens.

"Instead of investigating Swetnick's claims, the White House counsel’s office has given the FBI a list of witnesses they are permitted to interview, according to several people who discussed the parameters on the condition of anonymity. They characterized the White House instructions as a significant constraint on the FBI investigation and caution that such a limited scope, while not unusual in normal circumstances, may make it difficult to pursue additional leads in a case in which a Supreme Court nominee has been accused of sexual assault."

This limits the subject and duration of the investigation. Period

Hopefully three of the Republican senators will take this into account when the confirmation goes up for vote. This would give them an excuse to vote him down.
