I have a 3 bedroom home in Seaside that is pet friendly and currently available in December and January. No fenced yard, but it is across from the croquet lawns. So lots of open space to get the pups out. Let me know if you'd be interested!

Michelle, so sorry I am just seeing this for some reason! This would only be for a winter rental. I am sure the owners would be open to a 6mo lease, but the price point would be pretty high because of the rentals it generates in Seaside. For reference, the winter monthly rate is $5375/month. Hopefully you guys find a great place sometime soon!

Hi Michelle, we have a 3 Bd / 2.5 Ba home in Gulfview Heights (across from Goatfeathers); we’re just 3 blocks from 30-A and its an 8 minute walk to the Gulfview Heights beach access. We have a fenced backyard (privacy 8’ high), 2-car garage and screened back porch. Our home is new construction (July 2018). We would consider pets, however we would have to meet them . Our home is available 12/1, minimum 1-year lease, $2,400 month plus utilities, $2,400 deposit, plus Pet deposit (negotiable).
