Publix and More Commercial Coming to Watersound Origins Town Center

The St. Joe Company has announced plans to build a Watersound Origins Town Center to include a Publix and additional commercial space in SoWal's east end to open summer 2021.

It is now safe to say that the outermost ring of Atlanta sprawl has reached us

As a long time visitor (1980s to 1998, day visitor to now staying 2 or 3 times a year), we will take one visit at a time. We'll know when it's time to look elsewhere. So sorry for locals. Maybe Navarre? Down the coast to the Mexico Beach area - when that is rebuilt. To change something so drastically because what it was so popular but what made it popular is now gone. Concrete block, 1 floor homes are almost gone. Replaced by 7 bedroom mansions. 2 people becomes 20 people. Ellen
