I am moving out at the end of April and I’m searching for someone to sublease my room in my apartment ASAP. It’s located at the Sanctuary 331 in Santa Rosa Beach. My roommate still currently/will be living here, but she’s been hands down the cleanest/best roommate I’ve EVER had (I’m moving in with my boyfriend and barely home so it doesn’t make sense to pay to live here.) She has a dog and a cat, but they are very sweet and well taken care of. The entire apartment is pretty much furnished, except the bedroom you will be in and you will also have a private bathroom. Message me for more details/pictures of the place!

Yes this is still available. The rent is around $830 a month (water and sewage vary) and includes everything but power. You are more than welcome to come check the place out one day and meet my roommate.
