Hi Rena - yes it is! It would be $2200/month (will pro-rate that based on dates) + taxes = $2453 (could be $10 higher or lower depending if it's 2019 or 2020 based on the county tax increasing by 1%). The final clean is $280 (which includes tax). Let me know!
