It was apparently rampant at the SCJ introduction last week in the Rose Garden. Multiple people that attended were positive earlier in the week, Sen Mike Lee included. Hicks phad it too and was then on Air Force One. So i would imagine he had knowledge that he had it earlier in the week...before the debate but waited until Thursday to say anything about it. Interesting.

Yet supposedly he tested negative prior to the debate. Wonder who did the test.

I can sort of understand Biden taking a cautious approach at this point, not that I think he has it in the bag by any means. I do however thing the election is his to lose, and Trump's negatives are stratospheric. If you are even 50-45 nationally, it's probably impossible to lose the electoral college. A lot can happen between now and Nov 3, however a lot of people are going to vote long before then. If Trump reverts to his bombastic blowhard self, Biden needs to hit back hard. Hopefully voters learned a lesson from last year.
