Kind of neat now, but in fifty years it will suffer the same fate as most of these gulf front monuments to ego, that is, neglected and degrading from a combination of the elements, time and expensive upkeep that successive generations will not be terribly interested in investing in. Hopefully they are tear downs in waiting which will be replaced by 1200 SF cinderblock family homes that lack any sort of sauna. One can dream, right?
