You Might Have The Wrong Realtor If ...

New posts
Just had to look at the listing and I see the all to familiar zero $ to non-reps. Will never understand this.

Per my broker... if you will not accept a transactional relationship then you shouldn’t get paid...

no Bob I have my very own iPhone. But as you can see the new photos were not taken by an iPhone. Bob... do you have a life? because It appears that you fill your time cyber bullying strangers. That’s even more pathetic than my photography skills.

Matt-these guys chose my listing to make fun of to fill their empty lives. I am not going to ignore it. But feel free to judge me. A total stranger that is being made fun of in the internet by grown men as way for them to drum up business... this started because Tyler used the listing of my own home that I listed for myself using photos from my iPhone until I had the photos back from the photographer. I get an email each laugh and snide comment. My full time job is the blood banker at gulf Coast regional medical Center where luckily no body is bleeding to death today and I had time to upload the professional photos. Y’all get a dang life.

Get a new broker.
It’s a recognized form of brokerage relationship in the state of Florida. It is beyond stupid to discourage an agent who may have a buyer for your home.
I say this being a retired broker.

If you have a buyer then have some skin in the game. Non representation leaves the no representative no legal obligation to present all offers. That is shady. Why would any body on the up and up use hide behind that the loopholes created with a no representation contract?

Bring a buyer and the good faith to represent the transaction. But don’t use shady business practices.
