Currently looking for two people to take over our lease starting in either Jan or Feb in a 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment. Location is off 98 at Arium apartments. Private bedrooms and bathrooms and pet friendly.

$1800 plus utilities for the entire apartment **$900 + utilities split per bedroom**

I am looking for a place for myself and a temporary roommate. I have already paid January and need to move on Feb.1st. I am very interested, but 2 bedrooms 2 baths @ 1800? Is that deal still available?

Hello!
I am here from NC this week, looking for a place to live, I close on the sell of my house jan 21st, so looking to move late January.
Could my boyfriend and I come and look at the apt this week!?
I would be paying cash upfront for a years lease, or putting the entire year's lease monies into an account to be debited out monthly..
Not sure how that would works, but I have to funds to take of the full year upfront.
