LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION! 6 blocks to the amazing Gulf-side Carousel grocery and walking distance to several restaurants. 10 mins to Inlet/Downtown Rosemary. 5 mins to Pier Park.
Would prefer someone lease the whole house (would allow sublet of the studio with background check and approval of tenant) but can break the house down for a 2/1 renter and a studio renter. Shared outdoor laundry room. Rent rate not set as we are waiting to see if we will need to include utilities or if we can get a separate meter. Will update this post when rent is finalized. Minimum one year lease required.
