Wanted Need Room(s) or Small Apt for Sept. 2022

Hello, I live in Santa Rosa Beach and am a School Teacher with an 8 yo daughter. We are looking for 2 rooms if possible, could do with one larger room at around $1000.00 a month. Please let me know if you have any availability. We are very quiet and have no pets.

Hi! My son and his Roomate (both in their early 20’s) have a room available in their house in Hammock Bay in Sept. Not ideal. But, if you cannot find a place, you could stay there for a month while you look!? Rent is $800. The house is very well furnished and is 1900 sq Ft, so there’s definitely elbow room. The current roomate says she’ll leave her queen size bed in there if anyone wants it, as she’s moving to California. If you’re at all interested, you can text me-
