It's actually not able to be developed beyond what it is. I believe they also purchased the retail and restaurant spaces as well.

Yeah I figured just being hyperbolic yet in Walco anything goes so wouldn't be surprised.

I assume a lot more events on the green coming.

No idea on that front. The other reason it likely wouldn't develop is that the condos and town homes abutting it would loose views/breezes.
 
I hate the way they’re over developing west 30a. I guess because they see us as the “poor side” of 30a, we would welcome cheap beach chain stores.
Dune Allen will look like Inlet Beach soon which now looks like Seagrove which now looks like Clearwater Beach.

It's really just available land and to be honest nothing south of the bay is cheap.
