Fully furnished, two screened-in porches, washer & dryer in unit
Kitchen, living room, dining room, half bath, queen-size sleeper sofa, and screened-in porch downstairs
Primary bedroom (king bed), second bedroom (queen bed), screened-in porch, and full bath upstairs

Complex amenities: Pool, tennis/pickle ball court, nature trail, quiet complex
No Pets per HOA rules. 2 parking spaces available.

Rent: $2,300 monthly plus a one-time cleaning fee of $250 at end of stay (rent includes all utilities, Internet, WiFi)

Availability: April 3-April 30, June 1 through November 30
I am happy to provide photos of the unit to interested individuals.

UPDATE: My townhome is now available from February 1 to April 30 due to a last-minute cancellation. It has been rented for June and July, but it is available from August through November 30. Hi we lease units in the area and then short term them. You get less wear and tear, you’re paid by a reputable company not an individual and you can still use the unit sometimes. We do this with several condos in Destin and one in Seagrove. Let me know if this interests you?

That would take the worry out of adding on or deducting from the rent the short term rental tax that would be do in those situations.
