How about this indoctrination propaganda from a former sowal resident:

What a great read by a someone who makes their money from writing about the perils of climate change pushing back against someone with a different point of view while offering no rebuttal herself. I'll bet I can guess which way she votes

I was under the impression DeSantis disliked indoctrinating students

Florida’s conservative PragerU teaching texts labeled ‘indoctrination’

Critics of the material approved by Gov. Ron DeSantis say it aims to influence young minds. Its founder says that’s true.

So what is it specifically that you are against
What do you think they are teaching that isn't historically correct?

I think the economy is going great. I haven't noticed a difference in my standard of living, and that's after dealing with a couple of major expenses. I absolutely love the high savings rates that always go hand in hand with high borrowing rates. Maybe some people don't want to educate themselves with how the economy and Fed policy actually work so that they devise some kind of strategy to get them through the tough times, and even flourish.
Serious question: Would you consider yourself an 'average American' (financially speaking)? Some of us were/are very blessed to obtain or be giving financial knowledge throughout our lives that most do not have. I am not an emotional person but when I here people talking about having to make decisions on what kind of groceries to buy (due to budget issues) I feel our education system has failed a huge chunk of our society. Not laying this on Biden and his admin at all because none of our presidents have done it but why isn't financial education pushed more in our schools? It would greatly benefit our entire country.

The point of the article is PragerU is doing exactly what your governor claims he is against which is indoctrination.
This quote is all I need to know about what they are teaching.

“And the lessons share a common message: Being pro-American means aligning oneself to mainstream conservative talking points.”

What was being taught that you felt needed changing.

I think trump, conservative extremism and fox news has done a number on people like Lou who prefers not to learn anything other than what he is being told to think by master manipulators, extremist and entertainers. In contrast I do not feel Biden or any of the media is as desperate to sell me on all the complete BS coming from that group. I think extremism is violence and that seems to be what Lou is promoting which is opposed to a democratic ideal. I do agree that money and power corrupts ALL and it is a shame that we will never agree on this truth because of political division.

But there is always hope. Just yesterday I was working and two contractors came over to help me because I was struggling a bit in the heat. We started talking about politics and being divided by people who have never done the type work that we do. So I asked how could they know what it is like down here in the trenches. We all agreed that our mistake is to put people in office to represent us when they have NO idea what working class America is. We all agreed that working class is the majority of America and we should be more united in electing people to represent us. We also agreed that that wealth is more of an enemy than a friend. We all came up with examples right here in Walton County. What we did not agree on is why there is a poor class and why is it important not to jump to rash conclusions like because they are all just lazy. My point is that we all have things in common and life has educated us all. Common sense is something that we are losing because of anger and hatred. I think both life and education helps common sense. I think education helped me be more open minded which is necessary in complex social structures. When we start hating each other because of how we define ignorance then that is wrong. We somehow just need to talk and never stop talking to each other so I appreciate Lou for doing that in this forum. I hope we can learn something from each other and respect each other because the purpose of life is definitely not to hate each other...

The article states that prager is one of many sources referenced to make up the material to be taught.
I say teach history straight down the middle. The more offensive the better as it will change young mindsets and it will also show a constant move in the right direction. The problem is history is always taught from a point of view
