The attorney for the leader of the once Strict Constitutionalist republicans is claiming trump only technically violated the constitution and asking someone to commit a crime is protected by free speech.
Every republican will now latch on to this and repeat it.
Remember, trump has said if re-elected he want’s to suspend the constitution.

No one said no government, limited government like our founders intended
