This is a 248 room lodge. They are proposing a 350 room lodge at Topsail Hill Preserve State Park.

It is unconscionable to even think of having a 350 room lodge in Topsail PRESERVE. Keep an eye on who pushes this...
How about a Topsail/NWF unique flora/fauna learning center in place of another pickleball complex?
May I also recommend following "Let It Be Forest" on Facebook? On that page are the email addresses of the key decision makers in this "Great Outdoors" thing, for those on this page who are out of the area but want to help.
As for Grayton and Camp Helen, agree with Matt; keep the cabins/sites modest/rustic. Maybe even no A/C for that nostalgic feel..

No, a/c might as well be human right at this point and all of the existing cabins have a/c.
