I am in East Point Washington (approx 5 miles from Seaside) and I am moving out of my 2 bdrm/2ba this weekend. I have a great landlord and I pay $950. Let me know if you are interested, I would love to leave him with a renter.

I have a 2 bedroom available that I need a subleaser for starting right away....the rent is 925 and its a brand new unit...water and cable are included, you only have to pay electric. Looking for long term rental.
We are currently in the process of looking for a long term rental in the 30-A area. My wife and I are moving from Cleveland with our 4 kids. We would really like something within running distance to the beach. We are coming down the first week of June to look, so i would like to set up some places to look at. I would prefer 4 bedroom, but a big enough 3 bedroom would work if its in the right area. Thank you all for your help.
