Wanted 1-2 bedroom Grayton Beach Area

We are a couple in our 50's that vacation to the Gulf 2 times a year and choose our rentals between Pensacola and Cape San Blas. We visited Grayton Beach in 2003 and stayed at a cabin at the State Park. Since then, we have used rentals through VRBO etc, and found that to be a much better option. We want to vacation again to the Grayton Beach area for its "old Florida" vibe and we are looking for something that is within walking distance to the beach, 1-2 bedroom, reasonably priced during the months Mar, Apr, Aug, Sept, Oct. If you have something that may be of interest to us, please let me know. I would also be interested in any other options that may fit our vacation needs. Thanks
