We are two working adult professionals looking for a 1-2 bedroom rental beginning May 1 but open to sooner if available. Lease length is somewhat flexible but no less than 5months. Preferences are that it be under $2,000 p/m, with little to no carpet, and W/D in unit is preferred. We have an 11yr old dog 45lbs and low energy level.

Thank you in advance!
