I am looking for a 1 bedroom apt or carriage house to rent beginning mid Sept or Oct 1st. I am a 40 yo guy, not a party guy at all and work here along 30a. Recently moved back from New Zealand. I would even consider a room mate situation and definitely prefer a quite home envirnoment. No need to worry about being clean and tidy....not a drinker. This would be more of a long term deal, I am pretty easy going guy and not a bad hand with home maintenance/improvements either.
