Wanted 1 or 2 bedroom spot starting August or September

We are Ethan and Sarah originally from Ohio looking to relocate to the area. We are looking for a place to call "home" while we search for ours and figure out what part of 30A is best for us. We are open to either a furnished apartment or house that will be available on a monthly basis. We would prefer to lock something down for at least 6 months but we are also open to a monthly rental...it seems property choices in the area are scarce.

We do not smoke or have any pets.
