I will be working (hospitality) in Seaside from May to September but currently have no housing. I was wondering if anyone had some ideas or options that they are aware of. As stated in the title, I am seeking something in the $350-700 range unless I can find a roommate to split a higher rent. Ideally I would prefer it be furnished but that is by no means a deal breaker. I would also prefer it be no more than 45 mins driving distance from Seaside/Watercolor.
