Legislative Delegation
To Hold Public Hearing​

Members of Walton County?s state legislative delegation will hold a public hearing Wednesday, December 15, from 1:30 p.m. until 3 p.m. at the South Walton Courthouse Annex. The meeting will be held in the County Commissioner?s Meeting Room.
Public comments will be heard on proposals for the 2011 regular session of the Florida Legislature. The delegation will also consider and vote on requests for what are called "local bills," state legislation that only affects a particular municipality, taxing district, or school district within the county.
To request a spot on the agenda, individuals should contact Kevin Henderson at 850-892-8431 no later than 5 p.m., Monday, December 13.
The Walton County legislative delegation includes Representatives Marti Coley, and Brad Drake, Senator Don Gaetz and newly-elected Senator Greg Evers. Each of the delegation members also represent portions of other counties in Northwest Florida.
